THE PENNANT PUFF PASTRY RECIPE CONTEST RESULTS ARE IN!
Pennant’s Puff Pastry Recipe Contest drew hundreds of innovative recipes from chefs and culinarians from across the country. Established to encourage new applications for puff pastry, the contest drew several innovative and delicious entries, including Brandied Peaches and Chai Mousse Tart as well as Sea Scallop Wellington with Truffle Shiitake Cream.
Pennant Foods launched this recipe contest to showcase the culinary creativity that puff pastry allows. The recipes highlighted the endless possibilities that exist to create memorable menu applications with puff pastry.
